DFS is the UK's leading retailer of upholstered furniture. They were founded over half a century ago with just a single store near Doncaster. In 2015 DFS successfully floated on the London Stock Exchange with DFS sharing its success with the employees who made it happen. The DFS partnership scheme paid out a total of over ￡2.5M to all eligible employees who joined before August 2013 and contributed to making DFS and the float successful.
